    Animal Hydrotherapy Pool and Dogs

Our New Animal Hydrotherapy Centre at Blossoms is Now Open

Hydrotherapy for animals is delivered predominantly to dogs, cats and horses although other animals can benefit – it is the therapeutic use of water to maintain and/or return the well-being of your animal. Whilst our centre does not cater for horses we can provide treatment, rehabilitation, relaxation and fun sessions for dogs and other small animals.

Water can be used for well being and trauma treatment including rehabilitation as well as being used to maintain good health and injury prevention. Variation in temperature and mineral content of the water can aid the healing process for injuries and stimulate the body’s inherent healing ability. The use of water for the treatment of animals is a well-recognised practice and our Animal Hydrotherapy Centre will be able to cater for a range of needs.

Our Centre, which provides the largest indoor hydrotherapy pool in Cheshire benefits from the services of professional animal physiotherapy support (Andraya Hiscock – Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapist) to ensure that animals get the most from the Centre’s facilities.

We have been planning and building our new centre for over 12 months our animal treatment and rehabilitation unit now fully operational, with sessions starting at £20 per 1/2 hour. You will need to download, complete and return our Registration & Referral Form (which will need to be signed by your dog’s vet), before any sessions commence. Our Terms & Conditions apply. If you would like more information about our animal hydrotherapy services we would be happy to discuss them with you.
