Treatments include;

  • Rehabilitation including stretching, range of movement, strengthening and proprioceptive exercises improving joint  mobility, balance, muscle power and endurance
  • Weight shifting and bearing exercises to correct posture
  • Therapeutic ultrasound and laser treatment to reduce joint pain, accelerate and improve tissue repair and enhance wound healing
  • Neuromuscular electrical stimulation to strengthen and re-educate weak muscles, rebuild muscle bulk and strengthen and mobilise affected muscles

We also offer splinting services which act to assist recovery through;

  • support of injured joints, preventing  further injury and allowing tissue healing and repair
